LuCNZ Ltd. a New Zealand based company specialized in ICT Solutions signed memorandum of understanding with Chengdu TD Tech Ltd. China to become their official partner for sales and distribution of TD Tech's products and solutions in New Zealand and Asia Pacific Markets.

Chengdu TD Tech Ltd. is a joint venture between Nokia and Huawei Technologies for development and manufacturing of various telecom and related equipment and solutions. TD Tech is comprised of three business sectors: Wireless Industry, Customized Enterprise Terminals and IoT.  It has set up R&D centers at Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu with more than 1200 employees. 56% of employees have a master's or doctoral degree. TD Tech's investments in independent R&D and industrial chain promotion accounts for 20% of its annual revenue, which has exceeded 10 billion.
